Beauty Comes In Many Packages
I love color, and pansies provide it! They come in such a lovely array of colors. As a child I loved my mother's flower garden filled with many flowers, but none compared to the pansy when it came to personality and character. I loved their beautiful faces, but every now and then a pansy would stand out to me.
The ones I loved the most were those with blue hues surrounded with purple and yellow. I copied one of my favorite pansy faces in "The Lone Pansy." It puts a smile on my face and brings back lovely memories of childhood gardens and the joy of waiting for seeds to grow.
