Each painting is carefully wrapped and boxed to ensure safe delivery.

Can I request changes?

If you ordered a custom painting, you will receive clear images of my progress and before varnishing a clear video of the completed work. You can request changes up to this time. After varnishing I can no longer make changes.

My wrapping process should prevent any damage, but nothing is perfect. If the packaging was damaged, you can get in touch with the shipper to make a claim. However, I will work with you if you must make a claim. If the damage is from my end, then we can discuss a refund or another painting. My client's happiness means everything to me.
